ABOUT ME

I am a PhD Candidate (ABD) in the Department of Communication & Journalism at the University of Maine, with research interests in mass media, media literacy, screen studies, critical pedagogy, participatory education, media ecology, and the critique of advertising and journalism. I work with IREX as a Technical Advisor for information integrity and resilience. I also serve as a state advocacy leader for Maine and Pennsylvania with Media Literacy Now, and as a member of the Scholars Strategy Network Maine Chapter.
